Nautical Treasure Jewelry Wreck and Reef Fish Pendants Collection consists of fish species customarily caught on wrecks and reefs from the shallow patch reefs in nearshore waters to depths with structure up to a couple hundred feet of water. Depending on the time of year, water temps, lunar cycles, bait migrations and spawn cycles many of these same species can be targeted in bays and shallower nearshore waters. Traditionally Wreck and reef fishing is enjoyed on midrange center console or bay boat, but many flats fisherman and captains have no issues wreck and reef fishing from smaller skiffs when the weather cooperates. Anglers targeting Wreck and Reef Species frequently fish light to medium tackle, with more stout outfits set up for jigging. Whereas light tackle is arguably more fun, deeper wrecks that are known to hold larger fish like African Pompano, AmberJack, Mutton Snapper, Black Grouper, Jewfish, often times leave us disappointed when we get broke off. Aside from the larger species of Wreck & Reef fish, in the collection you'll also find a variety of snapper and grouper species including Yellowtail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Cubera Snapper, Gag Grouper, Cobia, Triple Tail, and a variety of Sharks like Bull sharks, TIger sharks, and Lemon Sharks.
